Meet Carly
Carly (she/her) is a queer therapist who helps people heal and grow through expressive arts, somatic practices, and trauma-informed approaches. She works with LGBTQ+ individuals, anyone processing trauma, those navigating chronic pain or illness, and adults with ADHD. Using EMDR, creative interventions, and body-centered techniques, Carly supports clients in reducing anxiety and depression, building secure relationships, and connecting more fully with their minds and bodies.
